"Rolmako" levelling roller
The Rolmako leveling roller is designed for pre-sowing soil cultivation.
The roller rings are characterized by the greatest usefulness, since this roller is used primarily as a traditional field roller, i.e. after sowing or before pressing stones into the soil.
All roller sections follow the ground, adhering to the ground with the entire working width of the roller. The outer rollers operate on disc springs.
The chassis adapts to the shape of the area. The entire system does not require lubrication. Tandem wheels have a positive effect on the mechanical disassembly system of the machine.
By designing rollers to level the field and break up clods, we have been able to minimize the required hydraulic control, making the machine easy to use and efficient to operate.
The roller is used before sowing and serves to level the surface, break furrows and restore soil structure. The machine can also be used after sowing, what contributes to more friendly seedlings and accelerates the growing season. Rollers are also used in green areas.
Advantages:
1. Leveling the surface of the field and breaking up clods;
2. Improving the contact of seeds with soil;
3. Moisture retention;
4. Reducing soil erosion;
5. Improvement of the soil structure.
