Hydraulic mower

The drive of the hydraulic mower Brielmaier is carried out by a 4-stroke gasoline engine. It drives three hydraulic pumps which, through a carefully adjusted valve mechanism, supply hydraulic motors for driving the wheels and the mower mechanism, without any transmission and without expensive and wearing clutches. The drive of each wheel is carried out individually. Central distribution of the load on the axis. This provides extremely reliable work, in particular, on a steep slope.

The hydraulic power of the Brielmaier motor mower is equipped with an oil cooler, so the mower can be operated at full capacity and in extreme heat.

With the quick-change system (if desired), it is possible to quickly replace all mowing mechanisms and numerous attachments (see the following pages) without the use of tools.

With the remote control it is possible to adjust all the main functions at a distance of up to 300 meters. Huge relief work on the distance from heat sources, exhaust, vibration and noise!

We use gasoline engines, since diesel engines are roughly twice as heavy and more expensive, which is not compensated by cheaper fuel and lower consumption.

Drums with spikes

With the help of drums with spikes it is possible to work on extremely steep slopes, which until now could only be mowed manually. Thanks to numerous reference points, the spiked drum provides good support and prevents tearing of the turf. Patented, plastic-equipped studs provide a high level of self-cleaning.

Protective sled

Bidux's protective ski (figure on the left) is made in the form of a small bath and is mounted under the bottom guide of the knife. It performs the following functions:

It prevents the knife from rubbing on stony ground
The mowing mechanism is approximately 1 cm higher, thus reducing the wear of the knife
In all directions of movement, sod damage is reduced to a minimum

The protective ski system Brielmaier (figure on the right) is mounted to the beam section. With this protective ski, the mower unit is about 3 cm higher,

Hill-Rake

Installation with a quick-change system. The drive is hydraulic. Working width 1.80 m, 2.00 m, 2.40 m.

Hay pushing scythe

Installation with a quick-change system. Hay pushing scoop, working width from 1.6 to 2.4 m. Optionally with hydraulic clamp.

Ribbon and finger rake

Frontal band-and-finger rakes with three pairs of teeth. Installation with a quick-change system. Working width 180 cm. Thanks to the serial synchronous control, simultaneous control of the main device through the control column of the tape-finger rake is provided. Pneumatic tires.
