McHale 998 is a universal solution to for square bale wrapping. McHale 998 is able to move three bales at the same time on its conveyor.

Description:

The McHale 998 square bale wrapper does the following:

1. Load one square bale to the front conveyor;
2. Move the second square bale from the front conveyor to the wrapping table;
3. Discharge the last wrapped bale behind the machine.

McHale 998 is equipped with numerous useful functions, including loading onto a conveyor and quick bale transfer to wrapping table, controlled by the cut & tie system hydraulics, automatic square bale alignment and a swiveling bale stacking area with a double front hitch.

The 998 machine wraps square bales of any size from 80 cm x 70 cm to 160 cm x 120 cm, including double square bales.

The control console inside the cabin allows the operator to change the bale dimensions and select the necessary number of film layers. After setting this parameter the operator can start and stop the whole bale wrapping cycle with one push of the “start” button.

The patented roller angle measuring system on the McHale 998 square bale wrapper ensures uniform bale wrapping regardless of their size or shape and guarantees wrapping quality.
