Combined press-winding "LT-Master"

The combined press-wrapper "LT-Master" forms ideally compressed and wound coils

Devices that are easy to transport and maintain are not only a prerequisite for processing maize for silage. Thanks to it, the owners of farms are able to include in the diets various types of feed. The machine can be used for various products, such as sugar beet pulp, straw flour, premixes, etc.

General information

Due to the permissible transportation speed up to 80 km / h (with the help of a truck), you can quickly get to the working site! "LT-Master" quickly goes into working position: the arrangement is carried out by means of a pair of manual actions, and to begin work it is only necessary to install on the control panel the density of the roll, the number of film layers and the filling speed of the press chamber

Depending on the available space, the machine can turn left or right of the tractor to move to the working position.

A distinctive feature of the machine is two large magazines for a film with a total capacity of 20 rolls. They are located on the sides of the machine and move hydraulically.

Specifications

Total weight: 14,000 kg.

Total width (in the transport position): 2.55 m.

Total length (in the transport position): 11.55 m.

Overall height: 4 m.

The machine has a special receiving conveyor, into which the product can be dropped.

On both sides of the machine are shops for the film.

Other undeniable advantages of using silage corn in round rolls

  • High density of the roll ensures good preservation of the forage mass;
  • Possibility of transportation for large distances without loss;
  • The best quality of silage due to the small size of the rolls (heating and fermentation, which are observed in silos, do not occur);
  • Ideal for spring fodder crops.
  • The machine can also be used for materials such as sugar beet pulp, straw flour, premixes.

Press for corn

A fixed-type pressing chamber is designed to form rolls. Since the roller press would not be suitable for pressing the ground mass (the spread leads to large losses), endless belts on the rollers work in both parts of the chamber.

In addition, the degree of tension of both belts can be adjusted hydraulically. This, firstly, ensures a stable beginning of pressing and, secondly, contributes to the optimal rollout. The compressed roll is tied with a twine net

Under the press a return belt is installed, which catches the scattered material and returns it to the press chamber. The press is driven only by the tractor through the power take-off shaft (the required power is about 110 hp). Belts of conveyors and winding are hydraulically controlled.

"LT-Master" is often used for winding sugar beet pulp. The advantages of winding it into coils

  • Allows you to store forage over 1 year.
  • Rolls retain moisture, so they do not have to be moistened before feeding
  • Fodder mass can be used for feeding in summer
  • Rolls of sugar beet pulp are a product with a very high energy content, which is ideal for feeding animals.
  • The sugar beet pulp contains about 18% of raw fiber and is highly digestible.
  • The cell wall material, which consists of hemicellulose and pectin, is characterized by a lower fermentation rate in the rumen than sugar and starch, so it stays longer in the rumen and results in a smaller loss of pH.
  • Due to good conditions for the absorption of microorganisms by raw fiber, a constant inflow of energy is provided, which has a positive effect on the protein content in milk.
  • The amount of crude protein in pulp is approximately 10%, but the protein fraction has a low decomposition rate, most of it is bypass protein with a very favorable amino acid structure.
  • Pectin gives the pulp of sugar beet increased integrity, and therefore no waste is formed.
  • Rolls of sugar beet pulp are an ideal addition to haylage with a high protein content.
