In-demand, reliable and highly efficient equipment. It allows you to quickly and comfortably prepare the necessary volumes of haylage and save investments and manpower.

Application.  The OKM feed cutter is a separate suspended device to be installed on frontal or telescopic loaders, such as AMKODOR, JCB, Manitou. Suspended adapters to install the OKM on other types of loaders are available.

Purpose.  The OKM coupled with a loader or handler is designed to separate parts of haylage or silage blocks from the main mass in storage areas (trenches), transport and load the cut-out blocks into the feed-dispenser hopper, a separate vehicle or directly to the feed fence, as well as cutting of wrapped (haylage) bales.

Design.  The OKM is executed in high quality engineering and general purpose steel, the cutter knives are made of tempered heavy duty instrument steel. The lower spikes are made of tempered spring steel, highly resistant against bending loads. The spikes are sharpened to ease bale penetration. This promotes longer service life of both the plates and the OKM as a whole. The cutter knives and lower spikes are removable, which allows to increase the OKM’s service life by means of changing them as they become worn. The rear frame’s design ensures the necessary view during operation.

Pins in pivot connections are made of alloy engineering steel and have been tempered. All pivot connections have grease points which are easy to maintain. The axial rotation bushings have grooves for unit lubrication along their entire length in order to increase service life.

The structure includes sockets and apertures to allow to transport the OKM with handlers.

The hydraulic hoses are equipped with protection in possible friction points. The quick-change connection tips are adapted to the customer’s equipment.

Within the warranty period, equipment maintenance is provided, and when the expiration period is over, replacement parts can be promptly supplied.
