The 3022A multipurpose clamshell bucket is indispensable for agriculture, utilities,  demolition works, construction sites, laying lines of communication, road repair works — while handling operations with long materials, technological processes with bulk materials (e.g. sand, slag, crushed rock, gravel, scrap metal etc.), in sorting, light layout and other types of work. The 3011A multipurpose clamshell bucket is a universal frontal suspended device for construction and municipal machinery, which can simultaneously be used as a bucket and bulldozer blade. On request, the bucket’s suspended adapter can be suited to any front loader

Application:

• As a suspended bucket in load transport (bucket jaws in “closed” position);
• As a frontal suspended blade for sand, small waste (bucket jaws in “open” position);
• As a clamp for long material transport, such as tree trunks;
• As a clamp during collection of litter among the transported material by means of closing the bucket jaws and its further transportation.

The clamshell bucket consists of two hydraulically interlocking parts — the working “jaws”. The bucket has a welded metal structure: a rigid fixed rear wall, which is a bulldozer blade with tined front jaw attachment swivels in the upper part. The second, front, part can be placed in various positions – depending on specific tasks. In the “closed” position the tool acts as a bucket, in the “open” position it becomes a clamp for load transport or a light bulldozer blade.
