Shot blasting of parts for subsequent painting in a shot blasting chamber 8.0 x 4.0 x 4.5 m with steel shot 0.3 mm.

✔ Painting of metal structures

Painting of metal structures and products in a painting and drying booth with dimensions of  12.0 x 4.0 x 4.5 m.

✔ Pipe bending

We carry out bending of metal pipes with a diameter of up to 89 mm (wall thickness up to 7 mm) with the possibility of using mandrels on a six-axis pipe-bending machine

✔ Sheet metal bending

Bending products on a CNC sheet bending press; width up to 4100 mm, bending force up to 1700 kN (170 tons).

✔ Plasma metal cutting

Plasma cutting of aluminium, carbon and stainless steel to length on a machine with a table size of 3000x6000 mm with a cutting thickness of up to 50 mm.

✔  Sheet metal cutting

Sheet metal cutting up to 10 mm thick and up to 4100 mm wide on CNC hydraulic guillotine shears.

✔ Cutting metal on a band saw

Metal cutting on a semi-automatic band saw machine for blanks up to 640x440 mm in size.

✔ Welding work. Welding on modern welding equipment.

Production of metal structures and embedded products according to customer drawings.

✔ Metal milling

Milling on a three-axis CNC milling machine; positioning accuracy 0.025 mm, table dimensions 360x1280 mm.

✔ Metal turning

Turning processing of parts of varying complexity on CNC lathes.
