Republican unitary enterprise “Vitebskenergo”
Vitebsk region, Polotsk area, Zaskorki township. “Vesna-energo” milking farm for 600 heads of milking cattle with 6 “Astronaut A3 Next” milking robots.
“Vesna-energo” milking farm
In June 2012, “Biocom Technology” Ltd. installed 6 “Astronaut A3 Next” robots. Our company also supplied and installed the following:
- Concentrate feed supply system;
- “Cosmix” concentrate feeders;
- Milk pasteurizer with a capacity of 250 l with and electrical drive, complete with control box;
- Equipment for milk storage and cooling: 2 “Pro-Inox” milk cooling tanks, 5000-liter volume; 2 colostrum cooling tanks, 300-liter volume; recuperator and milk pre-cooler;
- Rubber flooring: for slatted floors and “Agriflex” stall mattresses;
- 6 active and 6 passive cow brushes;
- Hoof-treatment crush;
- 2 silos for concentrate feed supply to the robots, 15m3 volume;
- 3 external silos for feed mix storage, 20 m3 volume, with automatic loading, complete with unloading screw transporter.
