Unitary enterprise “Minsk tractor factory“
The “Gaina” agricultural facility for 137 heads of cattle with two “Astronaut A4” milking robots is located in the village of Gaina, Logoisk area, Minsk region.
“Gaina” agricultural facility
In June 2012 “Biocom Technology” Ltd. installed four “Astronaut A4” milking robots. Our company also supplied and installed the following:
- 2 concentrate feed supply systems;
- An 8,3 m3 silo for the supply of concentrate feed, a 4m3 silo, 3 external silos for mixed feed storage, 10 m3 each;
- 2 “Cosmix” concentrate feeders;
- Milk storage and cooling equipment: a 5000 l “Nautilus” cooling tank and a 300 l cooling tank with a compression and cooling device;
- 3 “Agricow” cow brushes, 6 inverted L-shaped passive cow brushes;
- “Agriflex” mattresses;
- Rubber mats in passages/waiting area and for slatted floors;
- 2 scraper installations;
- Manure channel washing system;
- 14 “AgriLED Red” lamps, 400 W;
- 8 circulation fans;
- 6 tiltable stainless steel drinkers with 150 l water circulation, 2individual drinkers;
- 150 k milk pasteurizer;
- “IsoCell” inflatable curtains.
