Technical characteristics:

The fertilizing machine is available in two versions, framed and frameless. In the framed execution, the frame is the main bearing element of the structure; it is made of rectangular section pipes. In the frameless execution, the tank itself is the structure’s bearing element. The tank is placed on a dual-axle carriage with a rear pivoting adjusting axle. The semitrailer can be driven on public roads at speeds up to 25 km/h

The 22000 l hot-dip galvanized steel tank features internal ring-like reinforcements and partitions. A Ø 600 mm hatch and two pipe connections are located in the rear part. The front part has a level indicator and two sight glasses, the sides are equipped with the pipe connections and a manual latch. The top part of the tank has a Ø 600 mm hatch and an overfill valve.

The rear hatch has a hydraulically controlled latch, while the side of the tanks has a 5” manual latch. The bottom of the frameless tank has a 2” pipe connection for an additional drainage hose, for instance, for watering.

As a standard, a 11000 l/min vacuum pump with a safety valve and oil separator is installed on the drawbar

On request the tank can be equipped with a hydraulically driven auger mixer, which can constantly mix the tank’s contents.

Application

The tank is filled by means of negative pressure, created by a PTO-driven vacuum pump. Emptying is done by means of overpressure or gravity flotation.

Fertilizer application system

Application of fertilizers occurs with a sprinkling dipper (rotated by 180о), which is part of the machine’s standard equipment. On request, other fertilizer application devices can be used.
